Bugs are unexpected problems, defects, faults, or imperfections in a computer program. Our developers will like to know all the bugs that may be encountered in our programs.

For the information to be useful and to resolve the bug that you have encountered, we need detailed information. Incomplete or inaccurate reports is just a waste of time, and we cannot fix something if we don’t know all the details.

If you want to report a bug, please use this information and follow these guidelines below.

Before to submit a bug:

Please check if you have already the last version of the product. Maybe your problem was already fixed.

Language

Please write your problem in English or Romanian. Use a automatic translator if you don’t know one of this languages, but in this case we don’t guarantee resolution.

- Program name

- Component (where is the problem?)

- Description: A brief summary of the problem that you have encounter

Please include as much relevant detail as possible when describing the bug. If you are not sure about relevancy, include as much detail as you can. When the problem occurs, at what command or action.

Include your e-mail address, so that we can contact you to get more information about the bug if necessary, or to announce you when a update is available to fix the problem.

    Installed Brain Stimulator last night on Win 7..The program works but when I exit it has a “Run time error 91 – Object variable or With block variable not set” I also ran as administrator but same thing.
    Any external fix for Win 7

    The Registry Cleanear causes problem with Chrome uptodate. Also change the dafault browser Chrome to IE. I have to reinstall Chrome to it’s possible update again. Please verify
